"I love the Durham! By far the best apartment I've ever lived in! (And I have lived in a few now). The lobby and common areas are always clean and nicely decorated. The cleaning staff are amazing and incredibly hardworking! The office staff are also very helpful and they are so sweet and welcoming to my dog. Maintenance are always responsive and kind and also love my dog. It's an incredibly pet friendly apartment and my dog has been so welcomed as well as my fiance and I. Would highly recommend! It's a lovely place and a kind, inclusive, and diverse community. Also the sunsets you get on the patios are amazing! As well as all the conveniences close by (nature and stores)."

"Wow... reading through the reviews of this place does not do it justice AT. ALL. We have been here for over a year and we LOVE it! Great neighbors, great laundry facilities, excellent price point for the incredible location, units are renovated and updated, appliances are amazing, management comes within 24h and the layout is great! People must really have high standards, because this place is great. I have been looking around in the area and nothing comes close to the Durham for the same price and standard. I also have never seen a cop and I always feel safe here. I have recommended this place to so many of my friends and family! Only thing I do no not know anything about is the move-out charges which worries me a little bit, but other than that, great management, facilities and apartments! 10/10"

"*ZERO STARS Caution: DO NOT LIVE HERE. Read the reviews from former residents. I wish I had... IT'S A Hussle: I lived here for 3 years and.. It's sketchy and living there is a terrible value proposition. You can find similarly priced residences, in the same area or better, but with better management and facilities (from experience). THEY MAKE YOU PAY THE DISCOUNT BACK WHEN YOU MOVE OUT: The lease discount or "new move in concessions" are actually A BAD DEAL AND (allegedly) DESIGNED MARKETING PLOY. IN REALITY IT'S A BUSINESS STRATEGY. This is, speculatively SPEAKING, a crude and unethical business practice to either diversify their revenue streams or a way to pay for the nonstop renovation work. Makes sense why I had the discount the entire period I lived there, even when I moved to a newly refurbished unit after my first lease was over. PROS/CONS (for reference): PROs -Adams Park is right behind, it's nice, well kept and rarely used. Centennial lakes is within walking distance. -Large tennis court(s) -24 facilities -Kitchen appliances are good -Diverse community CONs -The management definitely does not seem to prioritize the quality of "residential experience". -Maintenance requests are often ignored. -No in-unit wash/dry, which is rare at this price point and rental market in Edina. -The garage is falling apart and feels like walking through a cave. -All the construction materials, used in the "remodeled" units are of low quality or old and don't function. -Things that wouldn't/shouldn't cost you money to fix, in a leased unit, will cost you money to fix here (e.g. fixing the budget friendly closet sliding door rails). -The laundry situation is extremely inconvenient and the machines are always broken. -The gym (and all the facilities) look good but are practically outdated and impractical. -POLICE ARE REGULARLY CALLED TO THE BUILDING. --economically displaced individuals, delinquent teenagers, drug fiends, and package thieves frequent and often take shelter in the lobby, parking ramp in the back, and any place they can gain access to. On many occasions you will find people sleeping in the lobby in the middle of the night. --the more conservative ad elderly residents living in the building, or neighboring senior living homes, have been passively and actively aggressive. I have witnessed or personally been subjected to this numerous times."

"Location, amenities, building, and the apartment itself are all okay. The staff was nice and helpful enough. They don't take any deposit however be aware that they charge hefty move-out fees for ridiculous "damanges". These damages are quite trivial, hardly visible even in proper light and should be included in normal wear&tear. They never disclosed this when we moved in, we were told we'll have to only pay for major damages. So there is no way you'll notice any of these "damanges" during move-in to prove later that you were are not responsible for them. I have lived in many rentals but never had to pay such ridiculous charges."

"Great place to live. Many other apartments to live. This one provides a diverse community, great amenities, very clean and quiet. Great staff. Reasonably priced. Outside a huge park and attached to a great walking path. Wonderful! Priced fairly. Dog friendly. Highly suggested. Been here for 3 years. No complaints."
