"Neighbors were awful as in the cops were called all the time, they did things that could kill other residents, and management did nothing about it so our experience was a living hell. Worst apartment I’ve ever lived in."

"I love living here, it is a great community of diverse residents and I have gotten to know many people here and people are respectful and pitch in to make it a nice place to live. Examples: residents will move each other’s packages from the entry to behind the secured entryway door so they aren’t messed with, there is a small library where books are exchanged, and during COVID people put a few boxes of food in the entry in case someone needed it. If anything ever breaks or needs repairs it is done fast and common areas are kept clean and smell nice. Laundry is also great and I’ve never had to wait for a washer or dryer, machines also work well. Management and other staff know everyone that lives here and doesn’t have that “corporate” feel. We won’t be moving out anytime soon!"

"My fiance and I moved into Park Embassy a couple of months ago, and we have had a great experience so far. We moved in from out of the area, and Steve, the apartment manager, helped us find cable, a barber, and a vet. They even threw a resident appreciation grill-out recently. All of our service requests have been met promptly, and the parking lot is a great perk for the area - we have never had any troubles finding a spot to park."

"We moved in a few months ago and we have had such a great experience thus far. Some of the other reviews state things that I have never had a problem with. The parking lot always has available spaces (I often get home after 9PM and there are usually 20+ spots open). Water temperatue and pressure is great, the amenities are sufficient for the rental price, and even the smallest of maintenence requests we have had are promptly taken care of. I have never seen the police here in three months and generally we feel very safe in our community. Packages are hand delivered to your apartment door daily by management so theft is highly unlikely. I see Steve or Jon on a nearly daily basis and am always greeted with a big smile. I am a firm believer that you can’t always make everyone happy but it seems like management really tries their best to. Sure the washers and dryers are old but they still work well on a single cycle. The fitness rooms are slightly small but have great equipment in them and are rarely occupied. Another reviewer even said their cell reception is poor in the buildings but how can you blame your apartment management for that? My partner and I looked and toured at about 15 different complexes in uptown and SLP; None of them came close to the price per square foot you get at Park Embassy. All in all, Park Embassy is the best value in the area. Beating out smaller apartments with higher pricing and often times street parking only. If you’re considering moving here just swing in and meet Steve and the management team for yourself. You’ll be glad you did."

"One star is too much !! Management only cares about Money, profit & Greed !!! Period !! They do the very minimal maintenance just to get by. The walls and floors are so thin, you hear everything about your neighbors. Phone reception is poor in the building. Parking lot is full of pot holes. The whole summer the hot sauna, was not fixed, all kind of excuses. Very poor lighting around the complex. The Gym room is literally a joke. The laundry machines are so old, they do not wash good, they break very often & out of service sign post is very common. They simply do not care about the Residents. They do not notify the residents, when there is a crime in the complex, they keep it in the hush hush. I do not recommend Park Embassy Apartments in Saint Louis Park."
