"DO NOT RENT HERE! I lived here for one year before moving out. This place is run by a crooked company who charges you fees that you don’t owe and then threaten collections when you challenge them. I would never live here ever again. Learn from my mistake. Edited 2/22/24 to respond to the company’s comment below: You did NOT resolve it! Your collections agency continues to send me harassing emails demanding payment of an amount you have agreed I do not owe. Warning to any potential renters - DO NOT RENT HERE. You will regret it."

"Our maintenance guy Ryan is a boss. He came through for a second time to unclog the drain for me. I was suspicious that there was something clogging it that wasn't from me but from the former tenant in the apartment. He pulled out a butter knife lol. Then he upgrade our bathroom sink with new hardware so it doesn't clog again. My Dude!"

"I lived at Ellipse & E2 for over two years and loved it. Management is friendly, maintenance is on top of every request and the location is perfect. Will miss being there!"

"I lived at Ellipse (in the E2 building) for about 15 months and I strongly recommend not renting there. 1. The apartment was filthy when I moved in. It very clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The floors in particular were covered in layers of dirt - no matter how many times I cleaned them, I kept wiping away more dirt. The dark wood floors were also stained with white paint. Some surfaces were so dusty I doubt they’ve ever been cleaned. There were cobwebs in the corners and on the light fixtures. The window screens were torn. The appliances are ancient so don’t expect them to be high quality. They get the job done but they’re old, battered, dirty, and don’t necessarily work the way they’re supposed to. 2. The spider and centipede problem. Oh my god, the spider and centipede problem. If you don’t mind insects it might not bother you, but as someone with a genuine phobia, I was miserable. I squished them constantly (almost daily) and they just kept appearing. I never opened windows, ever, so they clearly weren’t coming in from the outside. I also saw them in the garage, the lobby, the mail/elevator room, and the halls. They’re everywhere. Big and small. One centipede in my bedroom was about the size of my hand, which just isn't a pleasant thing to see at 2:00 AM. 3. The management will play nice but they don't actually care. Just a few examples: -I was unable to get my mail for the first month I lived in the building - they kept leaving a form to fill out in the mailbox, I kept filling it out and returning it, and they’d ignore the completed form and leave another one. When I brought it up to management, the response was that they couldn’t do anything about it because mail is delivered too early in the day. -The day after I moved in, there was a note from the office left on my car threatening to tow it - they’d assigned me a parking space that was already taken. Basically, they charged me for parking in the garage when they didn’t actually have a parking space available for me to use for another few weeks. I also occasionally got emails from them threatening to tow other cars - including one where they threatened to tow a car from an accessible space in the lot, before realizing the car in question did have a permit to park there. -They’re constantly needing to be in your apartment for one reason or another. Constantly. Way more often than anywhere else I’ve lived, and unlike other buildings, they don’t notify you when they’ve been inside your unit. This place is not very nice and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, but certainly not for the prices they’re asking. It is not a luxury building. There are clean, non-infested apartments available in the area for less money."
