"We lived at the Drake Apartments when we had a school-age youngster. The value of our time at Drake was greatly enhanced by several factors, including but not limited to: A topnotch management company (MBG) and a topnotch Manager, Julie . MBG made every effort to keep Drake Apartments fresh, up-to-date and in excellent move-in condition. We would recommend the Drake Apartments to anyone who expects quality, affordable, well-managed housing. MBG is blessed to have a manager at Drake, Julie, who is entirely competent, professional, caring and highly efficient. Our interactions with Drake's on-site manager, Julie, were rewarding in that Julie, without failure, always took whatever steps were needed to ensure that Drake would be a safe, friendly, apartment community for all. It is with great, authentic enthusiasm that we highly recommend the Drake Apartments."
"Pretty apartments, zero privacy. Very unprofessional management. I spoke with a woman named Juanita about concerns I had with my apartment that MBG manages. She was very disrespectful and unwilling to address concerns about privacy. Sad to see a company represented by someone like that. I will be sure to avoid any properties managed by this company in the future."
