"Place was nice until newer tenants moved in. My packages have been stolen. Multiple cars windows have been busted. People here have consistent loud noise. Random people ringing your doorbell. Management does nothing. Cameras do nothing. No security cameras in the lot. Door proped open. NO CAMERA."
"Earned 5 stars from me. The area it is in can be a little rough at times, but Granite Peaks is significantly nicer than most of the surroundings. The building is a bit older, but is renovated to be more modern. The staff does their best to respond to concerns. One bit of caution, if you live in the first floors, it gets quite cold in winter and the heat does lack a bit. The price for the apartment is very acceptable though and definitely makes this apartment worth living in! Rosa is awesome and always willing to help. 5 stars all the way!"
"Nothing but great things about this apartment complex. The staff is hospitable and quick to respond to e-mails and maintenance requests (although rarely needed). The space was and is still in near perfect condition when I moved in. Large windows provide great natural lighting, quick access to highway 694 and 100 plus an express Transit stop is very convenient, neighbors are all courteous, and the overall neighborhood has felt very safe."
"I absolutely loved living here! The apartments are really nice and the location was great. It's really close to HWY 100 and 694. The office staff was always helpful and maintenance came quickly when I needed something."
"Amazing apartment to live in! Great management! Always willing to help you out with anything. Apartments are clean and very well kept. Laundry on site. And very easy access to the highway and shopping! Would recommend checking this place out!"
