It’s like half way between moving yourself and having a mover do everything but they do the hard part which is moving your belongings from one place to another. All you need to do is load the Pod and unload the Pod. The way they do it is very efficient and economical. They are very helpful and pleasant to work with."

"Not necessarily this locations fault but maybe the PODS company policy. Paid over $3000 for 2 containers to be moved to Louisiana. This is fine, but I was charged for 2 months of rental fee by storage center and contents protection fee. They will not prorate this fee. We returned the containers after 8 days into the monthly rental of the container. But, have been required to pay for rental of something that you are no longer renting. That seems illegal especially if someone else has been giving the container to rent after I used it. Which would mean they are receiving rental fees from more than one person. It really is not the container rental fee or the no prorating, but the main issue I have is they strategically calendar your moves, pick up and drop offs so that you are required to pay for something that you no longer are in possession of. Bad business if you ask me. Seems a bit dishonest. Seems a bit shady. Not only did I receive the above charges, I received another bill for rental of container from the day they picked up empty container through one month. ONE DAY! These two invoiced alone total $550. This is for 9 days "rental" of containers that they calendared the taking and picking up of which included their 6-7 day in between moving wait period."

"PODS didn't exist the last time I moved 24 years ago, and as an old friend used to describe new inventions....PODS is the best thing since sliced bread! Being in the same home for 24 years creates a LOT of excess stuff, and boxes with no place to go. I was able to pack my boxes at my own pace, place them in the POD instead of using up my garage. There literally was not room to store the boxes and be able to clean out closets and cabinets at the same time. This was the best solution all around, and I'm thankful that I listened to the experts when they told me I would be glad I used the POD, Bob and Cliff know exactly what they are talking about.
