"My boyfriend and I just moved in this past week. The apartment is nice, remodeled, and clean. There were a few things broken or missing when we moved in such as a piece to the microwave, the blinds, and ceiling fan cord. The apartment manager Britney was helpful and kind, making sure they were all fixed. I was surprised how quickly the maintenance crew took care of things for us! Overall I would recommend this complex if you are looking for a nice and quiet place to live. Kathy, a manager here, gave us a tour of the facilities before moving in and she was just amazing. As soon as I met her I knew this would be a great place to live!"

"Toured a one bed one bath, and loved it! Everything was very nicely updated, clean, and over I loved the modern look of the unit! Britney was awesome, she answered all of my questions, and gave me all the information I needed to make the decision on signing the lease! Super excited to move in!"

"I lived at Garden Oaks for a year in a refurbished two bedroom apartment, paid rent on time - and was still bullied and mistreated by management. I did not follow the advice of the bad reviews before I moved in. Do not make the same mistake. There was a consistent police presence for illicit activities from fellow residents that management knew about - and neglected to inform me about before I moved in. My car was hit by my neighbor while it was parked. No note: the police investigated a nearby car with matching paint on its bumper to find the culprit. I also had multiple packages stolen from fellow residents. They assign utility fees based on the overall usage of the building. That means that fees would vary widely month to month based on how much your neighbors used utilities like water and heat. The worse part of my experience was the awful management. I had 3 different landlords during my 1 year lease - all of which were unprofessional and incompetent, unresponsive, rude and sometimes mean. Several times they entered my apartment without warning or notice when I had no maintenance reports open. I once woke up to my landlord walking in on me sleeping in my bedroom because they thought I wasn't in the apartment. When I did write maintenance reports I felt like they would argue that my reports were invalid or did not matter. The apartments are nicely refurbished and the courtyard area is pretty - but it is not worth the stress that living there causes."

"This property is located is such a great area many places around to shop and eat also right in the middle of a neighborhood so walking around the neighborhood makes it feel very safe. The property itself has many updates all the hallways have been done with new carpet paint and artwork and all new lighting making it even brighter as you are walking around the buildings. The courtyard is full of trees if you are looking for shade to sit out on you balcony to read a book or visit with some friends. I am so excited to see what the fitness room will be like. I won’t have to travel to go to the gym I can just walk o er to the o site fitness center.. we are getting new roof and patio doors as well this summer. And can’t forget about the laundry rooms located on each floor. They are putting new machines in them too. The owners really go the extra mile to be sure that the buildings are updated and kept up with. I recently moved into a completely renovated apartment. I love it and feel so comfortable here. And the staff here are such nice people.such a good experience"
