"Overall, a great place to live. We've had a couple issues with maintenance but they have since been resolved. There have been a couple different office personnel in the time we've lived here and I just want to say that Dana could not be better! She goes above and beyond and is always kind when we call or stop by with an issue or question. No clue what she's being paid but she deserves a raise! :)"

"Great location, apartments are nice and I very rarely hear my neighbors in their units. Staff always gets back to me and are easy to reach. We've had a lot of AC/Heat issues but they were fixed ASAP. Lots and lots of parking (We use the back parking lot shared with the business on the east side for guests.) Price is high for not being "in" the city but it was reasonable."

"Apartments: Apartments are clean, large, and simple. The biggest downside is the walls are extremely thin. Management: Management team is fairly responsive to any needs, and the payment process for rent / utilities is largely online which is convenient. Location: Apartment is a few miles outside of downtown Minneapolis. It is conveniently located outside of the immediate city and has access to Uptown and Downtown. Overall: A very decent apartment complex for a reasonable price."
