"I have lived at Allegro for 10 years. Like all apartment buildings we’ve had a few managers in that time. My favorite is Theresa!!!! She is right on top of things. She always answers my emails with questions or requests immediately! If I need something fixed she schedules the repair right away. She’s amazing! Everyone loves her! I have lived in apartments for almost 40 years, and she is the by far the best! I love living here."
"I've had nothing but a wonderful experience. I moved in two weeks ago - if anything changes I'll update my review. The leasing and move in process was super smooth. Theresa is a great property manager. All of my questions, needs, and concerns have been addressed in a prompt manor. The apartment was spotless when I moved in - the cleaning crew did a great job and didn't skimp. Repairs have been fast and Theresa knows the building well and how to deal with any issues that arise. I love the quietness and cleanliness of this building. It's extremely well maintained. I believe it's due to the consistent oversight of building rules and policies by management which I also appreciate. The maintenance crew are all friendly and eager to help."
"I really enjoy living here. My boyfriend and I have lived here for over two years, and it’s honestly the best apartment building we’ve lived in so far. For the location, the price of the apartment and the amenities that come along with it can’t be beat. It’s really nice being so centrally located in Minneapolis while also having a suburban feel to the neighborhood. The building manager Kim is a sweetheart who will go out of her way to make sure you’re comfortable and happy in your apartment."
