"I lived here years ago and loved it. The price was right and met a lot of nice people. Great neighbors and very dog friendly. A little outdated but nice courtyard, pool and volleyball court. A lot of great memories living here. Also close to good schools, nice parks and nice trails."

"I lived in the Four Seasons Villa complex for 7 years. I like the grounds, they are very pretty towards the courtyard and I like the walking trails nearby. The buildings are decent for how old they are and the apartments are spacious. They updated the bathrooms recently which was nice. I know they're working on updating the kitchens and dining rooms as well. They're making good changes. There is decent parking lot space. And I love having an outdoor pool. I have raised my rating over the years because the office management staff continue to improve on customer service, getting news out about office hours and pool hours via email instead of printing notes and leaving them on our doors. They have fast service on maintenance requests. Overall, I enjoyed living here and have been very happy. They finally got an electronic payment system right before I left and changed management to Kristy, which I think is a good move. She's awesome and I think she'll continue to make improvements."

"Theres a bunch of mice everywhere and the management does fr he bare minimum about it. I have had furniture ruined by the mice and it is not SANITARY at all! Please do not live here, not to mention everything is run down, water leaks from outside, theres water damage everywhere and the decks are falling apart.. really terrible.. expensive to live here too. Almost 1200$/ month, not a good way to save money, you can get cheaper apartments elsewhere with no pests or well being hazards."

"My husband and I have enjoyed living here thus far. The proximity to the dog park is great. It's easy to walk over to caribou for coffee or a light bite. It's close to the total dog company too! The apartments are a bit dated, but they're spacious. The management isn't always clear on rules right away, but everyone slowly learns. These apartments are across the street from Plymouth middle school. as of 2018 they are slowly gutting and fully updating the bathrooms in each apartment. They havent done our building yet, but they have a clear time table and the ones that are finished look great."

"we have lived her for over 6 months and we have really liked our experience with these apartments. The staff has been nice so far, the square footage of the apartment is AMAZING and the rent is a lot cheaper then the places surrounding. I would say that it is an older building and the air conditioner only being in the living room is a bit of a bummer but otherwise we like our apartment a lot!"
