"From the minute I pushed the screen at the front door and heard the phone ring is where I had my first upset. The lady (I think her name was Emily) didn’t answer the phone and I stood there wondering what was going on. Finally she came to the door and I was let into the office. Second problem was as soon as I walked in the office there was a friend of the lady conducting my tour at her desk with a laptop, paperwork, coffee or some type of beverage and other items. The friend quickly stated that she used to work there and now lives there and how nice the place was. She then gathered all her stuff and brushed the remaining dirt onto the floor. Very dirty office. Not very professional at all. The lady then took my information and gave me a tour. Showed me all the enmities and a studio apartment. I then found out none of your places are furnished so decided to end the tour and I was showed out. The lady doesn’t really say much. She seems like she doesn’t love her job. No smile or excitement what so ever. Very monotone. Anyway, I left and will not recommend your apartment complex"

"Just a wonderful place to occupy a space. The management is amazing! Friendly, helpful, genuine and professional. The maintenance is swift if ever an issue they are on it! The building is clean. Lots of amenities. If your looking for a place where there are friendly faces and the atmosphere is cozy, this is it! I Highly recommend Novo Apartments♥️"

"i had THE BEST tour from sarah. she went above and beyond, providing a ton of useful information. she also never made me feel rushed which i also says a lot. after the tour, i thought of a few more questions which ben very thoroughly answered. the overall experience was incredible and i would highly recommend this apartment but also staff to anyone!"
