"I love it here. It's just not clean. Vacuumed maybe 1x a month isn't enough. I usually clean the glass doors. Maintenance is over loaded to expect to clean as well."

"I live here and I don't like it. Before I moved in here I asked the manager at that time if they had a problem with bugs and mice and she told me no they don't. Well third week after I moved in I had all kinds of flying bugs in my apartment and it lasted all summer. I asked the manager to get pest control and they denied me. Then when the new manager took over I asked her if they have any problems with mice in the winter and she said no they don't. Well come to find out they do have a problem with mice. The Management lied to me. So now I don't trust them I am so scared of mice I can't relax. I also don't like it because they take the rent automatically out of my account and I don't feel comfortable with that. I am also very scared to sleep at night in this apartment.i have tried emailing trellis management and it will not go through. I tried emailing trellis and the email won't go through. I shouldn't have to put up with mice this building needs to get rid of the mice before winter sets in. Like I said I haven't slept since the bug man told me you have problems with mice. I can't believe anything the manager has to say anymore This building can't be trusted. If management needs to talk to me they know how to reach me by phone. There is no point on contacting trellis cause they won't fix the problem. Like I said I don't like it here. They need to take care of the mice problem. I have not been feeling well and I shouldn't have to deal with this building mice problem. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Management will lie to you. I have more to say about this so called building, but I will put more in later. Another bad thing is the garbage dumpster is overflowing and they don't bother to call the trash removal people to get it removed. All that trash will draw in mice. This place is a joke. The manager she is never here half the time. This place is trash and nasty. If you're looking for a subsidized apartment I would not recommend this building at all. This place is terrible and I do mean terrible."

"Has favoritism towards the wrong person. And just wont listen to the complaints the residents have over one particular person. Worse place ever. And my review is not fake so don't take it down. There would be no point to contact trellis or to make any other complaint. Because I am aware of many complaints that were made towards one residence but there doesn't seem to be enough to get her out of there yet. It's kind of amazing how much this person gets by with.I thought maybe people had to leave after so many complaints.But this particular person also argues with management, argues with residents. My personal opinion is I don't think calling or talking to anybody would fix that. Or something would have already been done. Also not sure how someone's very dirty,foul odored apt could pass any inspection. Unless they were being favored. My mother lives here and her nurse couldnt even walk her towards this particular apt because it was so foul. I think you should just listen to your more vulnerable adults in this bldg. Versus the one thats being the bully. Ive made a report in the past through the vulnerable adult due to my mother being verbally threatened. Also this review should not reflect on my mothers residency. Thank you"
