"The new property management. Kailey is a very nice lady. Very good at making sure that the building is clean. The up keep is really nice. The building maintenance Ale. Has been with us. For a while. He's very good at making sure that. If anything needs fixed. The problem is taken care of. In a timely manner. I have lived here as tenant for All most 15 yrs. I like that everything is close & convenient. Even my job. Over all a Very nice. Quite environment."

"This is by far the most peaceful apartment building that I have ever lived in. The maintenance guy comes right away to help with anything and Courtney (office staff) is committed to maintain a respectful environment. She is easy to talk to and she is very resourceful. This is a wonderful location and the rent is reasonable. I plan on staying here for a while.."

"pros: good location. excellent maintenance folks. cons: rent increase every 6 months that I have lived here. home inspections twice a year that creates a loss of privacy and takes away the feeling of rental ownership. Hard to upgrade to a better suited unit."
