"Lovely building, and I was happy to be able to schedule an appointment for a necessary vaccine online. However, there is so much room for improvement. Despite having scheduled the appointment online a week in advance, the vaccine was still frozen when I arrived, so I was asked to wait. I waited outside because none of the staff was masked, and my family is high risk for COVID complications; it is so disappointing that any healthcare provider would opt out of masking to protect others. After waiting for a few minutes, I went in to ask if I could use the restroom and was denied. When I disclosed the legitimate medical necessity for the restroom, I was denied again and was told I could come back at my convenience. Unvelievable experience, overall. Highly unlikely to return."
