"I’ve been a very loyal customer here since (drumroll) 2010! Same medication, every single month for many years. This last month, in December, so many horrible things happened it’s the middle of January and I still have trouble wrapping my mind around it. The pharmacist forced me to come pick up my medication on Christmas DAY in a horrific snow storm. It was a day late already, so I had no choice but to put my life in danger, in a snow storm, for no reason, or go another day or so without medication. The reason for this was because this particular pharmacist decided to lie about when my medication was filled last by 3 days. I have her name but I decided not to post that here. I am currently debating contacting the licensing board as Walgreens likes to try to protect pharmacists who lie about prescriptions. Now, I have a mountain of evidence to back my claim. I have the original paper receipt saying when it was filled last. I have the bottle. I also have my insurance who I’ve been in contact about the situation and they are ready to back me when I contact the licensing board. I called multiple times she lied multiple times as well (it is very easy to record phone conversations all you have to do is download an app). What happened put my life in danger in a blizzard, besides the whole blatantly lying about narcotic medications aspect. But clearly Walgreens thinks that’s ok to have pharmacists running around lying about medications. So we’ll see if other entities, like the licensing board or law enforcement think that’s ok as well. Time will tell. Believe me when I say, I most certainly will not forget this. Up until now, I used to have pretty good service there. But please, get out while they have that lady there. Go anywhere else until we can get her out it’s truly not safe."
