Rules are promptly and consistently enforced, hallways are clean and safe, noise levels are enforced, doors are secure, the parking lot is always plowed and ice-free, appliances are brand new, everything works, tenants are held accountable for their behavior, and even the smallest details are consistently addressed. "Brand new building construction finished 2023. Handicap accessible. The only apartment building available in Jordan MN. Nice public 4th floor patio overlooking the prairie grasses. Nice grill up there too. (I'm not into coffee but there is a fancy coffee machine in the welcome area that my folks enjoy). Pros: Reasonably fast maintenance requests Good communication with management Really nice appliances - lots of closet space - kitchen cabinets Location, if you work near here, can't beat it. Cons: You will need to supply your own cart to bring groceries up, or take a few trips (or carry ten bags at once like I do). No carpets (just vinyl wood flooring) There's no way to turn the bathroom lights on without the fan also turning on. Great for ventilation, but annoying at some times. Overall, not too much to complain about! Definitely a nice place to live. Also if you do move to Jordan, don't wait too long to discover the awesome Mexican restaurant (forget the name) but its a small town so not hard to find it. They have great food."

"Really nice place with brand new appliances. Walls are well insulated, service is quick and efficient. The manager, Mellisa, is very respectful and easy to reach. There are fun events to attend occasionally. Plenty to do extremely close by; like a grocery store, restaurants, birdie golf, etc. There's more that this place offers... definitely check it out and see for yourself if you are looking to rent!"
