"Me and my gf have lived here for over a year. Management and maintenance have both walked in with zero notice more than once even though it's against state law and they require 24 hours notice to enter. They don't plow in the winter sometimes till 2 days later. The one managing the apartments is horrible about picking up rent checks and then you get notified you didn't pay rent even though you put the check in the box 2 weeks ago. Would definitely not recommend renting here. Been a bad experience"
"You don't want to live here. Management has a lack for caring and the owners care even less. Sidewalks covered ice and slippery all winter, mold found in an apartment weeks ago and they made her clean it and didn't even replace the sheet rock the mold was seeping from. And they never notified or inspected anyone else's place to ensure it was an isolated incident."
"I have recently moved into Hidden Cove Apartments. I am very happy EXCEPT having trouble with a resident that is non-compliant with the apartment rules. He has been requested twice by myself to turn down his bass on his stereo. I have written to and spoken with the person to whom comes to the office. Now, I sit here again on Tuesday night at nine thirty in my bedroom unable to even try and sleep because of the booming!! I will wait until ten thirty and if it has not stopped the police will be called due to non-action of the management. Shelley Held"
