"Awful place. A giant complex next door tried to annex them last year. Their backup plan was to get rid of most tenants so they could jack up the rent. Management is extremely anti-tenant. Parking lot routinely floods because of neglect. Rat poison in laundry rooms. Mold on the outside of the building. Deteriorating property that has little to no maintenance. Good luck on your damage deposit. They steal as much as they can get away with. Horrible people to deal with. All they care about is making money while they still can"
"Place is cheap and only pay electricity. Great area and great location near many stores in Clearwater. Management is a bit tricky. They don't communicate very effectively and expect you to pay for your own spare keys? No maintenance for ice on the sidewalk during the winter and a snow plow that doesn't even get the whole lot. Unit by unit inspections are annoying (I get why they do so) and new management without a notice or anything through the mail. Unorganized and no parking. Besides one official spot designated for one person. God forbid you have a roommate, they have to park in the visitors lot (which is only 4-5 spaces. Overall, for the pricing and way this place is upkept and managed, shows its worth for the prices set for each unit here. The person who flips the units is cheap. Paints over cigarette walls and gets onto the floor (shows after living in a unit for a while), bad caulking job and bad carpet installment (pulls up around edges and flakes). Also, no security cameras on the outside of the building. So if you have a something you want to keep, leave it inside and not on your patio. People steal too.. This place is in need of a better management team and people who ACTUALLY care about their residents living and safety. This place is needing help.."
