"Just bought a place a year ago and for the 4th time already, was delivered someone else package with a different address. Not only this, but we request they pick it up and have it deliver it to the correct address listed on package. Not once have they done this. Each time it just sits in our delivery box for days, weeks and even months before it rains and gets soaked and destroyed. For which we end up having to throw away. This last time it was an express package that looks like it probably is someone's paycheck, or some other form of important documents. Regardless, the lack of someone's package being delivered is devastating for them. You guys need to do an investigation and figure out why so many packages aren't being delivered correctly and why no one is responding in picking up misdelivered items."
