"Great Pharmacy and pharmacists are knowledgeable and patient with high maintenance patients like me. Staff is very supportive. I never get any one with an attitude. They know I need help and ALWAYS want to help me with my medicine and INSURANCE. I get ALL my medicine here even though my insurance wants me to use a mail in program. However, mail in doesn't offer me a trusted friend I can go talk with about my medicine if I suspect a problem. My health is number #1 because of my life responsibilities and DeKalb Pharmacy crew keeps me going."
"We have used this pharmacy for years. My wife has epilepsy and for a small town pharmacy they have been good about making sure her pills are in stock and available. They are always easy to talk to when asking questions about availability of meds. Even when they were out of a med they keep us informed of when they'd arrive. It is a small town pharmacy and not a large chain. So temper your expectations. If you have some specialty medicine then you might need to plan ahead or seek other venues. I'd give 5 stars but they are no longer open on Saturdays which helped with my work schedule."
