"Do Not Trust — I prepaid for a jacket with a logo and number. The owner put the number on wrong, which I told her immediately upon picking it up about a week later. She refused to fix it. I went back a few weeks later to give her another chance to make it right but she refuses. Do not trust this store."

"Very nice lady that runs the store, always very helpful. She didn’t have the size jersey I was needing but ordered it for me to be in the store in a few days. Probably the only store in this area you can find soccer jerseys for English football teams. Also had many other countries jerseys as well. Check this local business out soccer fans!"

"Calling main line sends you directly to voicemail recording. I had to locate a different number from a time when I received a call directly from the store. I had issues with overriding an order online and requested a callback a couple weeks ago. I did receive a call on 8/19 stating the override was fixed and I was able to process the online order. However, the issue wasn't resolved and I couldn't place the order as requested. So, I called the store today, I'm grateful the gal who answered the phone was able to override it immediately after stating my issue but I'm not satisfied in the manner she helped me. She sounded flustered when helping me and she talked over me when I was about to ask more questions. I mentioned to her that I was willing to wait on the line so I can verify that the order would process and then I wanted to ask more questions. But she stated that she had customers in the store which needed her attention and she was trying to rush me off the phone. Does it matter if I'm in the store or I need help on the phone? Either way, I'm a paying customer and I didn't have enough time on my lunch break to drive to the store directly to receive the help. I hope she can improve on her customer service because the experience I received was slightly poor. I've had issues with ordering online in the past with Soccer Post so I'm just trying to stay on top of them this time."
