"If you use this place you need to make sure your package is insured. I didn’t and my package with gift cards to my family never made it out of Texarkana and the postal service won’t do anything about it because this is a third party site. The only thing they are willing to do is refund the shipping fee."

"Do not ever have anything shipped from them. You would figure a business as small as them would be very helpful and they sound super friendly on the phone but they say one thing and do another. One representative told me that they would waive one of the fees to pick something up. They ended up trying to charge me for it anyways. They told me they would pick up my package that afternoon. They didn’t. When I tried to confront the company over the phone about the issues I encountered as a pissed off customer they rudely told me that they would no longer ship my package and refused to do business with me. In business I was always taught when you tell a customer something you have to honor it!"
