"Brody was superb! He presented me with two boats initially that didn’t fit the bill but he wasn’t deterred. He found a third boat that was perfect. He expertly and professionally went over the details of the boat and even took me to see it in the frigid temperatures! He didn’t try to hard sell or upsell me on “extras” or anything of the sort. Gregg Orr Marine should be proud of their salesforce if they are all like Brody. He is a shining example of what customer service should be! Thanks again for all your help and if any of my friends are in the market for a recreation vehicle or craft, I’ll send them to him!"
"I bought a brand new Caymas CX20 from here! Was excited and drove 3.5 hours to pick it up. Got there and was told the boat had been checked over thoroughly the last 2 days. It was right at close so we went in and did the paperwork real fast, only person there was Joey the manager. Appreciate that part. Get done and go look at the boat and both fenders were nearly falling off, so Joey went and got some tools and tightened them down for the ride home. From here it only gets better. Go to put the thoroughly looked over boat in the next day and all 4 battery’s are dead and test bad on a reader at auto zone (they sent a check for there cost of 4 cheap battery’s). Get that fixed to find out the main wire to the trolling motor is broke somewhere between batteries and trolling motor and obviously has never worked. Paid out of pocket to get that fixed. Now about 2 months into owning it the middle roller and rear roller have fallen off due to what I suspect is loose bolts just like the fenders! If you want a turn key new boat either check it well yourself before you leave or look elsewhere"
"Had a great experience renting a boat from them. They even came and rescued us when we ran out of gas, oops! They were very friendly and let us inspect the boat before and after the rental so there were no surprises and we were not charged for any damage as other reviews had mentioned. We will definitely rent from here again!!"
"They make buying very easy and smooth, but after the sale they are absolutely zero help bought a 23’ bay liner and the bunk busted along with winch mount, Greg Orr is zero help. Like they say you want something done right you gotta do it yourself"
