"I just purchased a travel trailer so it's a little early for a review but here goes. First thing everyone I talked to were great and that was everyone on the premises. They will let you walk around and look at anything on the lot including the service are. Second it's the buyers responsible to go over the purchase with a fine tooth comb to be sure everything is like you want it before signing anything. Yes I had a few times when they didn't get back to me promptly but I understand they were busy. I'm persistent though and got the information from them I needed. Third I don't know the speed of the service department after the sale but before signing they were excellent for anything on the camper. Overall it was a great experience and hopefully after sale service will be just as good. Would definitely recommend them."

"Not good at running a business. Went to purchase a camper spent the entire day there working thru banks and what we could work out. Told them we needed to leave to get our son they said they would call us once they received the emails back from the bank and have never heard from them again."
"They don’t deserve a whole star,, went to pick up the camper. AC did not work took them two weeks to put a new air conditioner in. I am on months two of not having my tags.,, went in today radio was so loud in the lobby. I had to holler my name, and the guy told me I didn’t have to holler at him.,,,,, I said I was sorry the music was loud. I didn’t think you could hear me. He said oh I can hear you.,,, I asked who the manager was and he said ME( yes I am that person that will ask for the manager) ,, still no RV tags,,, but he wanted to let me know that there was a lady that worked here from Hooks like that was going to fix my problem!"
