Willowwood Apartments

"I give five stars due to Alex and Amber are amazing. I was in need for a home quickly for my daughter and I. And after searching and applying multiple times, I finally found one through Willowood. Not only did I get in quickly, but they have been more than patient and generous on my understanding why I struggle financially as to I am a single parent and have a lot of responsibilities on my hand and I don’t think without Amber and Alex my daughter and I wouldn't have a home for the holidays."

"Reasonably spacious and affordable. Good sized patio if you're on the ground floor and they are very Pet Friendly. The manager Kat is great and very amicable as are other the other staff I've encountered. I find I have good neighbors and there's a certain sense of a community spirit. Oh, there's also an outdoor swimming pool which looks to be well maintained. ßpeaking of maintenance, it can be a bit slow at times but then I'm told they are undermanned right now resulting in them being a bit snowed under with work. Not a high crime area from what I can gather, just keep your car locked or garaged and you should be OK. I've not had any problems over the last 4+yrs anyway. There's room for improvement as there is anywhere but as I said at the beginning it's an affordable place, so if you expect more and can afford $500 a month extra then go for it !"

"Not fancy shaqzmancy, but there is a proper amount of greenery around, neighborhood keeps a reasonable noise level for families, good restaurants/gambling/other facilities very close by, you could walk or bike most places you would need to go. Rent seems fair for the maintained apartments, some buildings allow pets up to mid size dogs I think"

"Very affordable and staff is friendly and accommodating (Katherine Akin is the best!). Maintenance has always been prompt and generally thorough (although not always…) - building maintenance can be on the slow side, for example, I’ve been waiting about 2 months for controlled access locks… The interior of individual apartments is much nicer than outside and can vary so be sure to check out your exact unit before signing. Very pet friendly! The walls are pretty thick and I don’t really hear the neighbors around me much. The bottom floors are set up well for those with disabilities IMO."

"My daughter lives here it seems to be a nice place as far as I can tell. She seems to enjoy it so I can't really say anything bad about it other than the parking is a bit tight and the travel lane is just as tight. Other than that it's in a decent and noticable location and easily accessible from the main streets in the area. The east side is growing so the need to travel across town to shop is becoming less necessary."
