"A good apartment, its usually nice and quiet, and the heated parking garage is nice. The elevator and garage door break every few months but they always get them up and running quickly. I deducted two stars from my rating since my cleaning charge upon move-out was $196. I called and they said it was one of the lower charges since I left it so nice. That must not be uncommon so just know that going in."
"Been living in this apartment for 3 years now, I enjoy living here, and appreciate the staff that keep things rolling. My only criticism would be the snow removal in the winter months. I would recommend this place to anyone of my friends and family without hesitation."

"The theft here is outrageous packages have been stolen multiple times, and even my furniture I had stored in the basement in my parking spot was stolen. The property managers are also not helpful and rude: I also felt very watched and uncomfortable by the maintain eye man who came in to fix my door handle who then reported he thought I was “hiding something” when he walked into my house when I was giving my one year old a bath. Yeah I’m not trying to have a random grown man see my daughter without clothes. I’m very happy to be moving oht"
