"I see previous comment how they didn't keep the property clean during covid. This isn't true... they had a group of girls that'd come clean up. They also always had someone in the office at least like once a week...so idk where all of that is coming from. But aside from that I like the apartments a lot... the set up is very nice. :D"
"This is a 1/5 all the way around. It's a really nice place and nice things it's just maintance needs to controll the stompers #201 needs to quit stomping vacuuming and bowling at 3 am I up now at 3 not able to sleep because of them. These people need to do something about these people."

"We stayed here for a year. Did not see a manager on-site for the first 9 months. They did not keep the building clean during covid. Garbage is always flooded over. Tenant below us had domestic abuse with kids in apartment for 10 of the 12 months yet I get a written notice because the district manager says don't worry about it and the onsite manager gets mad. Cops are around atleast twice a week. Went out of town and came back to our suv stolen and apartment wiped. No cameras on site so Costello can't be blamed for anything that happens on the propety. I should of done some research before going with costello. Everything with the word Costello in it has bad reviews. I'm sure they blame it on the nature of the beast with low income."
