"Swamp Mama's beef jerky is the best jerky that I have eaten. It is tender jerky with a robust texture and a savory light hickory flavor. Its consistency is a satisfying chew, like a tender cut of beef. This beef jerky is quality beef; it eats like jerky ought to; and Swamp Mama cooks with flavor!! (I enjoy the spicy hot style, which has heat level that I would rate at 7/10.) Swamp Mama's is the best beef jerky around, from any source. (And they have low prices on their knives.)"
