"Just paid for a wash and the entire back side of my van is still dirty (right side is clean after wiping it down myself). If you look at other reviews, you'll see that this is not a new problem that they are not addressing despite their assurances and replies to both mine and other recent/not so recent reviews."
"One of the roller brushes have been spinning but not touching the vehicle every wash for the last 3 months. A simple adjustment could fix it im sure, lazy management or workers but probably both. Got a new membership at club car wash for the same money and I don’t have to wait for the curly headed kid to come out and direct me in after waiting for 5 min. Club has more locations to which is great."
"I was somewhat disappointed in my latest visit. First they did not give my vehicle a prewash housing down before it goes through the automated service. Although it is Fall during winter this is especially needed so hopefully this service will return. The other thing is the towels for drying were basically gone but there were a few used towels strewn about. I guess it could be worse as there have been times where there was not a clean towel in sight!! If I'm paying for service why am I not getting the full benefits of membership?"
"The wash leaves much to be desired for SUVs. It misses a large portion of the back of the car and running boards. They used to have people to prewash before entering the wash but apparently that was removed. I’ll be looking to take my monthly membership somewhere else."
"Paid 24 dollars for a wash and I don’t even think it did the ceramic coat or wax. My car still had stuff on it and I am a city driver so I don’t have any mud or anything on it just dirty from the rain and road water. I was going through the car wash and almost at the end. I heard this loud bang on my car. I looked all over my car and I couldn’t find anything wrong with it. I will not be back even find anybody to tell them. I heard a loud bang on my car. I will not be back"
