"Chips and salsa: it’s fun to try all of the different flavors, however, you’d probably be best ordering a flight of three instead. For the most part, they weren’t particularly flavorful although the avocado jalapeño had a nice kick Burrito: excellent! although, it would be nice if it were printed on the menu that it comes with various protein / veggie options. This was a bit ambiguous up until we ordered Tacos: our favorite was the shrimp taco, however, both the asada and al pastor were enjoyed. The asada was slightly on the saltier side however with some pieces cooked inconsistently. Puerco adobado: very tender however quite salty on its own. When eaten with the rice and salsa the dish balanced out nicely. It would’ve been nice to have a bit of a stronger seasoning Elote: beautiful presentation and well-enjoyed Churros: our favorite part of the meal by far. While the chocolate abuelita is pretty standard, the churros came out fresh and were absolutely delicious. The service was extremely kind and accommodating. We placed our churros order 10 min after the kitchen had closed and they were still willing to serve us. El Sazon was a great restaurant to try and we definitely plan on returning!"
"I am SO glad this restaurant was featured on Restaurant Week so we were able to discover it! We LOVED the food! Service was very attentive and efficient! Already looking forward to visiting again! Great flavors, loved the birria - and the best churros I've had in awhile! Yum!"
"Enjoyed a dinner out w some friends. We started w the guacamole and salsa combo. One friend had the chicken burrito and the other and I had tacos. I had the shrimp and carne asada. The shrimp was definitely my fav. We also had the corn to go with. I love that they take reservations which made planning so easy."
"Delicious food, amazing cocktails, fun all around vibe! We had the elote for an app, the chapulín Colorado and the old fashioned for cocktails, the birria and the enchiladas for our mains, and the churros for dessert. None of it disappointed, all of it was great! They do have a small parking lot, but you are more likely to end up using street parking. Reservations recommended on the weekends."
