"Southlake peds has been wonderful, from Dr Nagel seeing our little guy at Maple Grove hospital at birth, to Kate NP and Elisabeth NP seeing him at the office and Dr Johnson performing his circumcision in the office. The clinic is wonderful, efficient and has caring staff- from front desk to nursing to providers. they give you plenty of time after these early visits to feed and care for your baby, not rushing you out! We feel very well cared for each time we have visited maple grove office. Couldn’t speak higher of Kathryn Douglass NP and Elisabeth Gilead NP!"

Elisabeth G. is my sons primary provider and she is the most attentive, compassionate, and intelligent provider I have ever worked with! I have taken my son to Elisabeth since his first check up after birth and she has coached me through everything from first time parenting concerns, teething, vaccinations, milestones, and even breastfeeding and postpartum well-being after birth. She does not rush you at all, is incredible with children when she performs her exams, speaks to them in a manner that makes them feel comfortable, and she actively listens to her patients and their parents concerns. I could not recommend her enough! South Lake Pediatrics in Maple Grove is our primary location and we have seen several of their providers, all of which are absolutely wonderful along with their front desk representatives. We had one instance with a provider that was not satisfying but the upper management team immediately spoke with us and addressed our concerns. If you are new to the area or a first time parent searching for the perfect clinic for your little one, let this be your sign!"
