"Marvin is the best maintenance man out there!! The light in my bedroom went out and once he fixed that super quickly he generously noticed the battery for the lock on my door was running low and he just fixed it on his way out. Super sweet and efficient guy!"
"I've lived in my place for over 6 years and I can honestly say that Dan is THE ABSOLUTE BEST maintenance guy we've had here!!!! Our washing machine stopped working, of course a few days before Christmas! He stopped by yesterday and ordered the part that was needed. He came back over today and replaced mine with one from an empty apt! Being a holiday week, he wasn't sure when the part would be in. He definitely went above and beyond! I'm so grateful that he's at L46 now! Thanks Dan!!!"
