"You are better off living under a bridge in the dead of winter then to rent/lease from this place. Worst experience of my life. The lock you into a contract and then have no time or interest in you after that. Do yourself a big favor and go ANYWHERE else. It won't let me chose ZERO stars so I had to at least chose 1 star :("
"After my lease is up I probably will not be staying, we have to walk in mountains of snow just to get inside it’s bad to the point where the door don’t even shut, and my patio door does not seal so I get snow piles in my apartment and it gets soaked, I wouldn’t doubt that there’s mold under that carpet. I have 3+ door dings just from living here cause people don’t know how to park!"
"By far the most unreasonable experience I’ve had with a rental company. Would wish it on my worst enemy. But these folks are not indicative of fargo in general. Most other apartment companies in fargo are super considerate and logical."
"I emailed twice and called yesterday morning to look at renting an apartment and was told I would be contacted to schedule a viewing. I never received any response and called now and the apartment was already rented this morning. I was told it's first come first serve. I can't believe that it all depends on who doesn't feel lazy to reply to a possible tenant! Would not recommend."
"I have lived here over 3 years and loved it when I first moved in. The staff were friendly and responsive to needs, the rent was reasonable and neighbors were respectful. I now cannot wait to leave. It is a gamble of how staff will respond. The new norm has been a cold and uncaring response. It doesn't feel as safe as it used to. Cops have had to be called on multiple occasions due to domestic abuse and illegal activity. I have had several packages stolen. Management has failed to address this issue. Most neighbors are respectful but there are some who are chronically loud which disrupts sleep and management had neglected to do anything. I would advise looking elsewhere to live."
