"They have no insulation on their outer walls, especially the corner apartments. The heaters are on these walls and they battling the cold bricks from the outside. Also factor in the windows… The electric bill is MASSIVE. $400, $500, $600 on top of an already up charged rent. $1200-$1500 a month? For a single bedroom that a person still can’t even get comfortably warm in. Idk how landlords get away with this. But if anyone cheated them the way they cheat others, they would get that fixed asap. Can’t believe North Dakota doesn’t have laws against this."

"Terrible experience living here, I signed a lease that started in January, I lived in a 1 bedroom unit in 105. Don’t get me wrong the apartment is cute with the exposed brick it felt like I was living in a small New York City apartment but….During the colder months, it is FREEZING, I had to purchase space heaters because it was so cold. My first electric bill was OVER $300 (this was before I purchased the space heater). that’s how much my parents pay living in a single family home with a household of 6. Just ridiculous amount for electric through Xcel energy, Mind you, it was just me living here. Whereas, my previous apartment I only paid $25-$85 in electric dependent on the time of year. The temperature in the winter would go down to about 40 degrees or less since the heating circulation sucked and there is no insolation. I called to complain about someone who wasn’t picking up after their dog (it was so bad), and their dog went to the bathroom in the entryway….they sent someone out to come look and they claimed “they didn’t see anything”, didn’t even reach out to the dog owner considering it’s a non pet friendly building unless ESA, so the problem persisted. There is assigned parking a block away from the apartment building (sketchy at night). And lastly, people moved into the unit above us and the ceiling is so thin, we could hear EVERYTHING, things you don’t want to hear and their conversations clear as day. Bottom line I didn’t have the best experience here."

"Used to live here. When touring they made it seem that the parking was in one of the neighboring lots, not blocks away with tiny spaces. Property was fine, storage area was creepy, and having the corner apartment means you freeze in the winter and enjoy bugs all summer. I liked the layout of our studio, but exposed brick is only nice if it is insulated. Also, property management was awful when moving out."
