U32 Apartments

"There are much better options for apartments around fargo than this one. For several weeks now, there's been construction in the building from water damage. It is a loud, constant construction that lasts all day. And it's going to be months until it's completed. It doesn't help that apartments are paper thin, and you can hear everything on the other side of the wall."

"Advice for potential renters, rent somewhere else. At first, I was impressed with u32 and everything that's included/amenities. But after signing the lease, I found out this apartment is very different from what it appears to be. Frequently find trash littered all over the building that never gets cleaned up. Current water damage repairs have been going on for weeks and it is extremely loud all day, it doesn't help the walls are thin and you can literally hear a conversation between people in the apartment above yours... It's not worth the cost of rent at all."

"I was really impressed when I did the tour of the complex and my unit prior to move in but upon move in there was a couple internet issues right away. A lot of people got really upset but management was really straightforward the whole time so I just trusted the process and haven’t had a problem since. The communication with management is unmatched, as are the amenities and service. Parking lot is plowed, halls are kept clean, elevators are serviced, vending machines stocked, packages are directed, and gym is really well kept. I really couldn’t ask for more. Big shoutout to Emilia, she’s so sweet and helpful!"

"Was looking to live at U32, I put down money for securing a spot once something opened up at a certain time with understanding that if nothing opened I would get a refund. Nothing ended up opening up and was in contact with Management for 6 months (I was being patient and understanding with management giving them gracious of time) and I never received anything back on deposit to secure a spot. Eventually they stopped responding to me. I feel bad for anyone who decides to go here as I can't imagine how they would treat actual residents. Plenty of other places in Fargo that offer similar amenities that treat people better. U32 just wants the money."

"Many amenities U32 apartments such as gym, pool, volleyball and basketball courts, communities room, and yoga studio as well. Nice apartments to be part of it and close to campus. Cons: gym need maintenance, community room need to be maintained, barbecues need to be cleaned up well, hallways need to be cleaned from dogs hair and also grass areas has so much dog stools too. Also, underground parking lot need cleaning and sweeping as well the elevators. I hope you would consider these points Thank you"
