"Years ago I had surgery here at Sanford's Orthopedic group for a knee injury at work and it was not a good experience overall. I was kept off my knee longer than I should have been and almost never was able to walk normally again (thankfully I did recover eventually but it took much longer than it should have due to Sanford not allowing me to see a different doctor because my regular surgeon was on vacation). Sanford was difficult to work with during this time and would fight with me over getting medical records, appointments, and so forth. Their Occupational health clinic on the north end of town was a mess at the time and kept me waiting 3 hours for an initial appointment with a PA! It was a traumatic time for me and it still haunts me to this day. I even tried to speak to Patient relations which did nothing at all about my issues at the hospital; quite honestly it was more like phone tag than anything else. Be careful with this place!"

"Dr Bechtold was great! DR Potter is arrogant does not listen to patients. Husbands leg was infected and he kept saying he didnt comply with treatment. Threatens with worst case senarios. Had my husband beside himself and in tears every time he saw him. Took him Mckennan 100 times better care and leg was infected."

"If I could give them negative stars, I would. Ignorant, self entitled employees. Their handling of setting appointments and lack of responsibility was revolting. I really liked the doctor but everyone else should be fired for incompetence or at the very least send them to a class on how to treat patients with respect and decency and how to take responsibility when they screw up"

"Worst service ever! I went in to my referral appointment with a hurt knee that two other Sanford doctors said was not bone related. To be told by Dr. Herman's nurse that I needed an x Ray. When I asked why she rolled her eyes and got snotty with me saying "because the doctor wants an X-ray!" Then afterwards tells me after I tell her that wasn't very nice, that after I'm done and see the doctor I can ask if my kid and husband can come in. Again rude. Bedside manner of a dead dog! Save yourself the trouble of rude uncaring service and go somewhere else. We filed a complaint but nothing will happen. It never does. She was going to get off work soon and can treat patients however she wants. If I could see her name it would be posted."

"Had my ACL and Meniscus reconstructed by Dr.Kristofer Kimber and he is incredible. he is always making sure your doing well and is super kind. before surgery he even introduced me to the anesthesiologist. he talked to me after I woke up. over all he is a great surgeon."
