"If I could give The District more than 5 stars, I would! Having moved in when first built, the entire living experience is incredible, starting with the management. Sarah truly goes above and beyond for all of the tenants and makes everyone feel at home. The amenities are all well kept, the apartments themselves are beyond luxurious, and the community is a very safe place to live in. Definitely the nicest apartments in Grand Forks. Perfect for anyone with a dog! I highly recommend The District apartments!"

"The district staff has been great to me. Sarah is amazing, and very personable. Whenever you have an issue or concern she’s your go to girl. I love that the amenities are always clean, and that are buildings are always clean as well. Rent is also very reasonable for all that you get!"

"I must say The District hands down is the best apartment complex in Grand Forks, not just in the price you pay for rent, but the management is top-notch, they were always so helpful and always took care of any issues with the apartment right away. I lived at The District from 2021-2022, and Sarah was so helpful in showing each available apartment and helping me get into a perfect 1 bedroom with an amazing 4th-floor view. The amenities are great, the gym has top-of-the-line equipment(saving on a gym membership), internet included(another savings), the community room was great for hosting birthday parties, and the pool/grill area was always clean and ready to use. I worked from home so it was just great to have everything right there. Oh yeah, and don't forget the free Starbucks coffee machine too! Management made it very easy to check out, they advised what needed to be done, and I received my deposit back when they told me it would be. If I ever have to move back to Grand Forks, The District will be my first option!"

"I have had nothing short of an amazing experience at The District since I started renting in April. Sarah made my move-in as painless as possible and has always been incredibly helpful. As a single mom with a full time career, it has been such a blessing to have a clean, comfortable, and well maintained environment for myself and my daughter. Everything from ensuring the pool area is safe and welcoming, to personally following up about concerns I’d raised, the team has made sure we are well taken care of. I’ll be sad to go at the start of the new year, knowing my next apartment won’t have Sarah and Kaitlyn there."

"This apartment has met all my needs over and over again. Living here is an experience and makes apartment life so much more luxurious. The office staff are friendly and make sure to constantly clean and restock the coffee bar, they make sure common spaces are clean and have consistently decorated for the seasons. There are also fun involvement opportunities such as pizza parties. I would recommend the District to anyone who is looking to live in an affordable place that has amenities to suite every need."
