"Funeral directors arranged this company to handle grievance flights. They booked us through delta and when the airline cancelled our flights due to an ice storm, the rude woman from CWT straight up lied to us over the phone that our tickets were “nonrefundable”. My husband hung up and pressed the big Refund button on the delta website for a full refund of his first class tickets. This company preys on vulnerable, grieving families, and will do anything for their commission."

"Someone at my company booked travel for me through CWT. I received an email with the flight information. The email was sent to my work email address. I had to cancel the flight. Nobody at my company can seem to find the flight. CWT can't find it. I can't contact CWT because there is no phone number posted on their website. I can't email them because the email I received is auto-generated from an un-monitored account. I can't register at CWS because they don't recognize my user name. So, ... evidently there is no human being on the planet who can figure out how to cancel an expensive (overseas) ticket that has somehow been booked through CWS. Disappointing doesn't even begin to describe how it feels. If you are thinking about using CWS, run! Just run. Now. Don't look back."
