Paul, who was the sales rep who came out to our place and helped us determine what needed to be replaced and what didn't without trying to upsell us, or oversell us. Al handled the advanced delivery, communicated with us on the delivery time and stored everything out of the way in the garage. Austin and Hunter did an excellent job on the installation. They kept me informed throughout the project and did a thorough job of removal, installation, touch-up, and cleanup. This has been an excellent experience. I would 100% recommend Pella Windows!"

"Notified Pella there is a problem with this window a week and a1/2 after installation on 8/8/23. Seems that taking my $$ best that can be done is 10/24/23 before anyone can come look at it. Screen is supposed to open & close with window. Either something inside broke or became disconnected. Warranty issue or replace it . Winter is on the way"
"This was a warranty repair on an 8’x6’ window, Angel and Juan did a great job and it looks awesome! We have all double hung windows from Pella which were installed in 2004 and I have no complaints!"
