"They took my deposit money and I have not sign no least and they said it's not refundable but that for the application fee that not refundable but deposit is for to secured your apartment but they took to long to move me in so I ask for my deposit 400 darllars back and they refused"
"Them staff don't never answer the phone and they do what ever they want when they ND it's taking forever for me to move in and they don't call you back ever you have to keep calling them don't make no sense"
"The office staff is not friendly at all and I don't see why they're going up on rent to people that's on fix income"
"I swear I would put 0 if it was a option they locked my clothes in the laundry (during a snow storm) I called for someone to unlock the door because the guy that has the key LIVES IN THE APARTMENTS they told me my clothes being locked in the laundry wasn’t an emergency issue but if I’m washing clothes I obviously needed CLEAN clothes and they’re just like oh well"
"I really love the office staff they are very respectful and on task..I like living here but there are no screens on the windows and the hot water does not stay hot at all... I lived here when it was stoneridge and I love my apartment and the extra closet space I wish I could move back on the back facing school playground cause here the kitchen is too small no counter space at all. Over all it's a quiet place to live"
