"UPDATE: 11/22/23 They came to install the new fan, I we have Covid. So, We asked them to return after the Iast day our period of shelter. ORIGINAL POST: We've been waiting since the beginning of October for a new fan in my mother's room (she's 84). The fan only has 2 speeds - high and off. It also wobbles a lot, so the metal part of the blades knocks against the base and sometimes wakes her up, or agitates her at least. We are also waiting on a new ice maker. It won't dispense the ice on the outside of the frig. I also noticed that it was installed upside down, to begin with (as you can see in the image). The new maintenance person came out last week and said he would order a new fan and icemaker, so we'll see what comes of that. He was also supposed to return with bulbs for the oven and outside door of the frig (he said "I have these in stock"), but he hasn't come back yet. Oh, and we're missing a 4th light in the den (the track lighting). Casey (the maintenance person who no longer works here) said that "we only install 3 now because we found that when we installed 4, it overloaded it - there was too much electricity flowing into it. So, we don't have 4 in them any more," even though there's an obvious place for it (as you can see in the image). I've never heard of such a thing - track lighting that overloads the electricity??"

"Stay FAR away from these apartments. I wish I would’ve researched more before I signed a lease here. 1st off, I went almost 3 months without a change of lightbulbs because of the leasing office closing out my requests. 2nd of all trash valet is HORRIBLE. People sit their trash out all day and not within the designated time frame. The hallways STINK and trash valet is lazy as they will skip some halls or just cancel trash service altogether. The trash chute is OVERFLOWING and is ALWAYS backed up. When you move out, they’ll tell you one price you have to pay, but then tag on additional fees that was not discussed. Also there is a HUGE bug and rodent problem! There are rats due to the trash and bugs everywhere! All over the mailboxes, garage, and even infesting some apartments. Maintenance is SLOW to respond to any work orders, it’s a complete joke! The elevator always goes out which is a huge inconvenience! It isn’t even up to date! Residents will mess up and jam the elevator buttons and the apartment does nothing about it besides print out papers (as if anyone pays attention to them). Construction has been annoying and it seems like they are no where near done. They’ve been a huge inconvenience as well. If you don’t live on the fourth floor, forget about trying to get a good nights rest. You can hear your neighbors STOMPING, JUMPING, WALKING. The walls and ceiling are so thin! The washers and dryers in unit have not been cleaned from prior residents which means that they leave a terrible smell. These apartments are also outdated. The carpet needs to be ripped up and replaced. They don’t patch anything or clean thoroughly from previous residents. They advertise 2 pools, BUT only one pool has been cleaned out. The second pool has not been cleaned ALL SUMMER AND IS STILL DIRTY. They don’t even consistently clean the pool that is up and running. Traffic is HORRENDOUS whenever there is an event going on at the arena. People from the event will try and park in the garage or the outside parking lot. Also it doesn’t matter if you have a parking sticker or not. There are so many cars in the garage WITHOUT A STICKER, and SO MANY CARS THAT HAVE COLLECTED DUST UNDER THERE. These management people DO NOT CARE at all! The side door with the wheelchair access ramp is blocked off because of construction. Also that door is messed up because of residents here breaking it! They have a sign up telling people not to use the door, and it is STILL BEING USED. If you’ve read this far, I salute you! Definitely look elsewhere. And if you’ve already signed a lease here, good luck! You’re gonna need it."

"My stay was rather short, only a four months. But it was an outstanding location and a very attentive staff. When I come back to the Little Rock area on business, I will stay there again for a few more months. I enjoyed my time there. Very military friendly."
