"They’re cool with residents trashing the outside of the apartments, even as far as intentionally setting a trash bag on fire and there being no consequences. All of the junk seen in the first photo has been there for weeks under my bedroom window and it states in the lease not to trash the exterior. Also states in the lease about being respectful and mindful of neighbors, my neighbor doesn’t care for any of that and destroys her furniture and bangs on walls all hours of the night. Heads up for whoever gets my apartment after my lease is up, definitely not staying here, and management doesn’t care to fix the issue."
"Been here 2 freaking days and have roaches climbing all over my walls. Management says they’ll work on it….The dryer has shredded a load of laundry the apartment is covered in dust and filth. I wasn’t allowed to tour my apartment before signing the lease. This is absolutely ridiculous and disgusting. Stay always from here. Thank god i only did a 6 month lease. I’m going to try to get relocation to a different complex this is not okay. Next step is calling the health dept."
"do not stay here. they let tenants leave trash outside their doors. management sucks. i been trying to get in touch with cooperate since my second week living here. i been here since march and made the mistake by signing a year lease. I go out of town just to get away from the loud tenants in my building. It doesn’t matter how many times you complain, they do not enforce rules here when someone is clearing not following their lease."
"Loud music almost nightly from people driving through the complex. It seems like my neighbor enjoys 420 daily smells like a weed factory every single day that I walk in my door due to the ventilation being connected and the smell coming through them. Management is rude, so I have given up on saying anything. Would not recommend this complex."
"I have lived here for many years. Too long to be honest and this property has its pros and cons. Can have a beautiful scenery when upkeep is done. The office crew is OK can be VERY rude at times. Maintenance has a high turn over but everyone is is ok…Ive experienced a couple that were outstanding and one of them is named David…who has recently been the guy to take care of every issue. He’s quick, fast, knowledgeable and super cool! I sure hope he stays around for awhile."
