"Recently under new management and it is horrible, fights, cop called more time, trash everywhere every ghetto, kids running outside at night with no parents around very unsafe at Asbury park apartments"
"I truly wouldn’t recommend anyone staying inside these apartments at all . management is real bad and their attitudes are nasty. The only one in the office that is worth keeping is Meredith , She’s so sweet and I hate she has to work in the messy environment she’s working in ! Also this is the only way to be heard. It’s pathetic nobody is doing anything about their staff behavior. Basically we are paying rent just to get treated like inmates!!! 0/10 !!!!"
"This complex is a complete rip off . The management are scammers , she has her friend pretending to be corporate. They never fixes anything nor care about the crime that goes on out here . All KENDRA AND DERRICK worry about is who coming in and out somebody’s apartment instead of the infestation that’s inside of the apartments . It’s not a safe environment for kids at all I would not recommend to anyone .."
"As a long time resident of Asbury Park Apartments,I can honestly say that the last few years have been the bestYears Asury has seen. Ms. Kendra Has truly made a difference in our property. Our property has come a long way from what it used to be. I love the way there has been more interaction with residents and the office. . . We need that. Home is what you make it. If we take care of it it will last longer."
"Manager after manager they get worst. Prime example. Currently is 9:09 am. Everybody water is off in one unit. This mess will be off all day long. All the way to 05:30 pm. Again. Nobody received paper work saying it’ll be off or anything. Now I’m sitting here with my children that can’t even bathe."
