"Most of the tenant lately don't care about other renters.Alarm of the car around 2 am.Walking at the stairs as if they are the only renters.Parking like a king they not even following the line when parking."

"Wish i could give this hell hole 0 stars. DO NOT LIVE HERE. My poor family and i lived in hell for a year because of the evil apartment managers. For over a year, we had neighbors who stomped and played ear deafening music FOR HOURS ON END. After calling the police, the neighbors continued with no action taken against them. Our ceiling and bathroom flooded NUMEROUS TIMES. I had reported it 3 times. They did nothing. And when i was driven to my limit and told them i would be packing my bags, then they promptly came and patched the ceiling leaks. There is a PERSISTENT DRUG PROBLEM HERE AS WELL. I smelled weed constantly, found hypodermic needles in the grass, AND FOUND A GUN OUTSIDE IN THE LAWN WHERE CHILDREN PLAY. I have never in my life lived in a place as vile as this one. Thank God we found another apartment who let us in immediately after hearing of our issues with foothills apartments. The office staff (not managers) and maintenance people were kind and wonderful though. The only redeeming part was them. Oh, and theres no parking and they tow your car ❤️"

"The new management and now I feel as though I’m getting robbed. My rent is going up over $120. Offer expires less than 30 from letter & the letter wasn’t even on my door until 3 days after printed date. And my lease isn’t even up for another 3 months. That’s ridiculous."

"JUST moved into the apartment complex, and they have been OUTSTANDING in taking care of us, helping with the move, and making sure we have TONS of support for any problems or questions. SPECIFIC MENTIONS: FRONT OFFICE - Mandy, Morgan, Pedro and Kim; ALL are professional, knowledgeable, and work HARD in order to make things better for all the renters. REPAIRS/MAINTENANCE - Alex and Josh are the only ones we have personally interacted with, but all the maintenance people have been quick to reply, professional, KNOW their jobs, courteous, and go ABOVE AND BEYOND to help out. Example: Washer line disconnected, water flooded the laundry room and kitchen, these guys showed up quickly, not only repaired the washer but HELPED mop up all the water! Can't recommend this apartment complex or people enough, OUTSTANDING place to live!"

"Before I signed the lease. I paid a $350 non refundable “call it whatever” fee. And was told no deposit was required that’s their whole way of keeping costs low. After approval i find out due to some things on my credit… not my rental history because my rental history is impeccable never missed a single rent payment i had to pay them $700 for a deposit which I’m pretty sure is going to get just stolen from me I’ll never see that $700 again. So basically $1000 deposit to stay in apartment that costs $1000 a month with a dishwasher and kitchen fixtures that came straight out of 1980…. Thankfully I’ll only be here for 6 months. If people have amazing credit and buckets of cash I don’t see why anyone would rent an apartment instead of buying a house even in this market especially at this outrageous price point for the non luxurious amenities this complex provides. Just nickel and diming underprivileged folks trying to get ahead UPDATED 7/28/23: So as expected they did whatever they could to give me as little as possible back on the deposit. I verbally told them 60 days prior that i was moving out. I didn't send an email until 10 days later for confirmation thinking they would have some decency and take the verbal as the notice. here I am with a $333 dollar charge off my $700 deposit for 10-day insufficient notice. keep in mind this is after the $350 freebie deposit they take. so, I paid them $850 in NONREFUNDABLE deposit for an apartment that was returned to them in pristine condition. be wary residents they may smile and be polite, but these folks are snakes."
