"You will inhale secondhand smoke and become extremely ill. MANAGEMENT doesn't care. No enforcement of the leases at all. Black mold from water damage of the unit below left untreated. Definitely keep records of what you pay in rent they will lose track of payments and overcharge."
"Management at the present time is very rude and unprofessional. If you are making your rent payments make sure that you keep your own records because the payment app. Is inaccurate and they will try to charge you more than you owe. Nasty attitudes in that office !!!!!!"
"I'm having the SAME ISSUE I had last year with a different apartment. THE AC DOES NOT WORK!!! She constantly keep saying she's sending someone to fix it but all they seem to do is change the setting temperature. It is still hot inside this apartment and I feel like IM GOING TO PASS OUT!! It's been ALMOST A WEEK!!.....I'll keep everyone updated on how long it takes to get an AC to work. BTW: THE RENT IS GOING UP BUT NOTHING IS GETTING FIXED!!"
"My friend has been living in these apartments for 5 months now. During the last month and a half they have been temporarily fixing her A/C. She has her neice that comes and visit her 2 or 3 times a week with the temperature getting up to 96. They do not seem to care about the health of the people that lives in these apartments"
"My sister been here for some months and her temperature gets up to 96......She has been waiting for them to fix her air conditioner but Everytime they fix her A/C it goes out the next few days. They only temporarily fix her A/C and she has been dealing with this over a month now"
