River Pointe North Apartments

"I'm moving from Memphis TN to Little Rock I tried calling this complex for a week they finally answered the phone and hung up in my face. Then when i called back again three more times finally got an answer just for them to say they don't have anything available, which could have been answered last week if they cared. Its very disappointing to know that the office of this beautiful complex operates in this manner"

"Pros - Beautiful inside. I had a 2bd/2bth & it definitely had a "house" feel to it. Loved that it came with a patio. The showers & tub were perfect. Water heats up quickly. It's gated & came with alarm system & internet so that's amazing. Office staff was nice whenever I spoke on the phone with them. Cons - No amenities on site. Building makes lots of echoes. The walls are thin so I heard conversations all the time. (Not enough to tell what people were saying though)...I often heard someone coughing at night, & this cute newborn baby crying every now & then. I'm sure they've probably heard me as well. It's an apartment so that's expected, but it was louder than my experience with other apartment buildings. The police are seen there often, not for bad things but for noise complaints. The same officer usually comes & he said it's b/c of the way the building is made. Our conversation that night even echoed in the hallway. The office hours were twice a week 1PM-5PM, so the only time I could speak to staff in person was if I drove to the sister apartment in NLR which has someone in office from 8AM-6PM & 6PM-10PM. There's even a sign on the door that encourages you to call the sister apartment's number if you have a concern. Since they were rarely there, it felt they only reached out to complain a/b things they heard were going on & threaten to charge a fee etc. They held a contest for residents in September, then again in March, but I noticed they frequently have things for their other locations. You'd think they would have more contest, coffee in office or something since there aren't amenities on site. But some people prefer a less interactive type of apartment so it's not bad just an observation. Just sharing part of my experience, but not saying you shouldn't move there - it's pretty inside!"

"I have been truly impressed with the professionalism of the office staff. The leasing agents are attentive to the residents needs and the managers are genuine. You don’t feel as if they are staff, but your neighbors."

"I have lived at River Pointe North for 7 months and love it! My apartment is absolutely beautiful and the grounds are always nice and clean. I love my granite counter tops and the bath tub is amazing. I would highly recommend to anyone that is looking for a luxury apartment in NLR!"
