"Judy and her team are disorganized, chaotic, and non-communicative. They have consistently messed up air reservations, mailing addresses, and more. There’s been minimal communication, it’s “old school” paper-based and it’s late to arrive. They charge a lot of money, but don’t earn it. And, the Mayflower group they use is equally pathetic. They all suck at customer service—in fact, it’s non-existent. Run as fast as you can! This travel agency sucks! They don’t deserve even one star..."
