"Amazing! Quick turnaround, actually surprisingly quick turnaround. Had 4 knives sharpened - 2 Cutco and 2 Miyabi. The cutco’s I abuse and use for my heavy lifting knife chores. Also have abused them with a $40 sharpener for years. Pretty sure they came back sharper than when I bought them! The Miyabi’s are well taken care of and do not see the abuse my Cutco’s do, but they too were returned with a beautiful edge. For the price and convenience I will never let my knives get so ‘un-knifey’ again!"
