"This complex is wonderful! The management is the perfect balance of always helpful and not intrusive. The apartments are clean and the grounds are well kept up. The rent is reasonable and pets are welcome (with deposit). The process of getting the apartment was painless and it felt like they were more interested in who I was and my situation than my credit score or rental history. John (owner) and John (manager) are both reliable, kind, and genuine people. I love living here and highly recommend it!"

"Lovely place nice and quiet I leave there before and I leave here now"

"See things were fine when we went there at first. We were going to get an apartment there because we had a great understanding with the owners. Then things turns south really quick. We got told we were getting a place there and put the deposit down for the apartment. Then a few days later, we got a call saying we weren't getting the place. We went up there to go find out why, and turns out the place was worse then they thought. Although, we still talked to them about getting the place and everything was back to good stand point. They told us to just hold off on looking for any other places because they would get the place ready for us to move in a few weeks. We let time go by and I would check up on the status every week. Then they just stopped answering their phone. Then while we were out eating lunch one day, one man had his other owner call me off of his phone, instead of calling me his self. They told me we weren't getting the place again. So the whole time we were waiting for the place to be ready, we could have been looking for somewhere else to live. Needless to say more, we won't every try there again."
