"I called about renting a apt for myself. I asked about pets. I have a small registered emotional support dog due to severe anxiety and PTSD. Before I could even get out that it was a support animal. I was told NO ( SORRY ) By law you can't deny a support animal. You can charge a deposit. Not even the size or breed matters. If I've read the law correctly but can't refuse the pet. I'm so tired of people refusing to rent to me because I have a support animal. Except for the $800 a month apartments that I can't afford. Not fair to do this because other people are not responsible pet owners. Please look it up and let me know if I'm wrong. Thanks"

"I lived here for almost two years. My apartment was nice, a 2br/1ba with a gas fireplace, a separate eat in dining room, small but nice kitchen, and a washer and dryer hookup! All in all pretty lovely, however the shop, for all the apartments that they have, is directly under the master bedroom. Meaning if you don't like to be woken up by a garage door being yanked open EVERY DAY, and also hearing every word that is uttered from the people in the shop, ALL DAY EVERY DAY, then this apartment will annoy you! Also, there is light shining in the bedroom at ALL times, so I would highly recommend buying blackout curtains if you plan on using the master bedroom! And on a side note I paid $375.00 for my deposit, and when I left (after scrubbing every surface, cleaning every floor [even shampooing the carpet myself] and after dusting everything there was to dust) I received a check for $39.00. I myself will never rent from these people again, and because they charged me to clean my own place basically, and also because of the CONSTANT NOISE I wouldn't be quick to recommend them to anyone else either........."
